Lake Front Addition | Harrison, MI

This project involved the construction of a custom master suite addition designed to enhance both living space and connection to the surrounding lakeside environment. The addition created a spacious master bedroom retreat complete with a private full bathroom and a large walk-in closet, providing comfort, functionality, and modern convenience.

A highlight of the project is the lakeside sun porch, designed to maximize natural light and scenic views of the water. With large windows and an open, relaxing atmosphere, the sun porch serves as a bright transitional space between the home’s interior and the outdoor landscape.

Beneath the addition, a full walk-out basement was constructed, providing additional usable space and direct access to the backyard. The walk-out design allows for increased natural light and seamless connection to the outdoor area.

The addition was carefully integrated with the existing home to ensure a cohesive architectural appearance. From foundation and framing to interior finishes, the project was completed with attention to structural quality, comfort, and long-term durability while enhancing the home’s lakeside setting.
